Electoral College: Without comment, the U.S. Supreme Court denied another lawsuit filed by U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Tyler) against Vice President Mike Pence seeking to prevent him from “invoking the dispute-resolution provisions of the Electoral Count Act.” Pence fulfilled his constitutional duties to preside over the joint session of Congress to count electoral votes yesterday (Wednesday).
