HD14: Bryan resident and Democratic Party activist Josh Wilkinson has established a campaign committee for a potential challenge of Rep. John Raney (R-College Station).
HD26: Rep. Rick Miller (R-Sugar Land) announced he would seek re-election.
HD64: Sanger resident Andrew Morris has launched an ActBlue crowdfunding page and a Facebook page for a potential challenge of Rep. Lynn Stucky (R-Sanger) as a Democrat. According to his Facebook page, Morris earned his U.S. citizenship in 2015.
HD114: Dallas attorney Rockwell Bower has established a campaign committee for a potential challenge of Rep. Jason Villalba (R-Dallas) likely as a Democrat. He is the second Democrat to take a formal step toward entering the race, prompting this tweet from Villalba:

Villalba defeated his 2016 Democratic opponent, 56%-41%, in a district Hillary Clinton won by more than 6K votes over Donald Trump.
