HD49 open: The Stonewall Democrats of Austin endorsed Huey Rey Fischer.
HD115: The Texas Municipal Police Association endorsed former Rep. Bennett Ratliff.
HD116 open: Bexar Co. Judge Nelson Wolff endorsed Martin Golando.
Travis Co.: Deke Smith, a Republican challenger to Constable Adan Ballesteros, a Democrat, was endorsed by Travis Co. Sheriff Greg Hamilton, a Democrat. Smith and Ballesteros are unopposed in their respective primaries. Hamilton is not seeking re-election.
