HD105: A Dallas Co. election official said the count would likely continue until Monday. She did not know how many ballots were left to count or any indication as to which precincts the ballots belonged. The number of votes reported by the county did not change from last night’s update, and Rep. Rodney Anderson (R-Grand Prairie) has a 69-vote lead.
Harris Co.: County Judge Ed Emmett announced he would seek re-election in 2018. Emmett has served in the position since 2007.
