HD64 open: Texans for Fiscal Responsibility/Empower Texans endorsed Read King.
PRES: U.S. Rep. Sam Johnson (R-Plano) endorsed U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz. He becomes the seventh member of the Texas delegation to do so, joining U.S. Reps. Brian Babin (R-Woodville), Michael Burgess (R-Lewisville), John Culberson (R-Houston), Louis Gohmert (R-Tyler), John Ratcliffe (R-Heath) and Randy Weber (R-Pearland).
