Behind 2008

Sunday is historically one of the lightest early voting days, and today was no exception. In Harris Co., a total of 6,127 people (3,387 R, 2,740 D) voted in person today, less than half the number who voted on Saturday. Tarrant Co. saw an ever larger drop-off. A total of 2,768 people (1,764 R, 984 D) voted in person today there, barely a third of the number who voted on Saturday.

Early voting continues through Friday.
