HD14: Bryan resident Janet Dudding established a campaign committee for a potential challenge of Rep. John Raney (R-College Station). Social media activity suggests she would run as a Democrat.
HD26: Sugar Land development director Rish Oberoi established a campaign committee for a potential challenge of Rep. Rick Miller (R-Sugar Land). Oberoi was the finance director of the 2018 Sri Preston Kulkarni (D) congressional campaign and previously served as director of operations for the 2018 Mike Collier (D) campaign for LTGOV.
TBD: Dallas higher education director Isa Del Rosal Isais established a campaign committee for an undetermined state office. Her LinkedIn bio indicates she is the executive director of Southern Methodist Univ.’s Tower Center for Political Studies.
CD9: Tomball resident Johnny Teague established a campaign committee for a potential challenge of U.S. Rep. Al Green (D-Houston) as a Republican.
