Early voting begins tomorrow (Tuesday) and runs through Friday for the January 28 special runoff elections for HD28, HD100 and HD148. During the November special election, early voters cast 15.5K ballots in HD28, just over 2K ballots in HD100 and 19.5K ballots in HD148.
Early voting for the March 2 primary begins four weeks from tomorrow (Tuesday).
CD11 open: U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Houston) endorsed August Pfluger.
CD14: President Trump endorsed U.S. Rep. Randy Weber (R-Pearland) for re-election.
CD22 open: Retiring U.S. Rep. Pete Olson (R-Sugar Land) endorsed Pierce Bush to succeed him.
CD25: President Trump endorsed U.S. Rep. Roger Williams (R-Austin) for re-election.
CD31: President Trump endorsed U.S. Rep. John Carter (R-Round Rock) for re-election.
