Attached please find our analysis of the SD26 runoff election vote and its implications for the Democratic primary rematch between Sen. Jose Menendez and Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer.

Some other items of note:
Texas Patriot PAC Endorsements. The Woodlands-based Tea Party group released its initial list of endorsements for the March primary. Of note, the group endorsed:
- CD8: Challenger Steve Toth (who the group endorsed in his ’14 race for SD4)
- RRC: Former Rep. Wayne Christian
- SCT: Challenger Michael Massengale and incumbents Paul Green and Eva Guzman.
The group will release its endorsements for CCA next week.
Garcia Fundraising. The Adrian Garcia campaign announced it has raised nearly $78K during the last four days of 2015, almost all of which came from individual donors. Meanwhile, Politico named the race as one of its top nine primaries to watch nationwide.
