Races shown in these Crib Sheets are competitive federal, state and legislative primaries that we have given four or five stars, based on our assessments of incumbent vulnerability, fundraising competitiveness, endorsement quality, consulting expenditures, various “political intangibles” and meaningful consequence of the outcome.
