I lost my password!

That’s OK. You no longer need a paid subscription to access our content. 

 

How do I susbcribe?

Subscriptions are not being offered at this time.

 

I didn’t receive a refund for my unused subscription.

We issued refunds between December 21 and 28, 2022 to the credit cards on file with our third-party payment processor. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card’s statement. If you had a paid subscription and did not receive a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll see what happened.

 

When is my subscription up for renewal?

All paid subscriptions have ended and will not be renewed.

 

What do you do with my credit card information?

Nothing. We used a third-party vendor to manage subscriptions and process credit cards. We at Texas Election Source never had access to your credit card information beyond the last four digits and expiration date.

 

What do you do with my private information?

We didn’t share it, except to the extent that our third-party vendors need it to process your subscription and payment. We didn’t sell it. We may have used it for our own internal evaluations of how the website is working. We may have chosen to reach out to some of you individually at the email address you used to register to obtain feedback about our service, and we did not share that email address with others.
