Today (Wednesday) was the deadline for federal officeholders and candidates to file their April quarterly reports. For most candidates, these reports disclose contributions received between February 13 and March 31. We have updated our Crib Sheet for key races, except for a couple of candidates whose reports were not available. We expect to have the Crib Sheet fully updated for all candidates, including those who did not emerge from the March 2 primary, over the weekend.

SEN: U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R) raised $1.45M for the period and has $12.9M on hand. M.J. Hegar out-raised her runoff challenger, Sen. Royce West (D-Dallas), $959K to $187K, for the period, and she has a $1.1M to $121K advantage in cash on hand.

CD2: U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Houston) out-raised Democratic rival Sima Ladjevardian, $1.1M to $422K, for the period and has a nearly $3M advantage in cash on hand, $3.1M to $202K.

CD7: U.S. Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (D-Houston) out-raised Republican challenger Wesley Hunt, $890K to $350K, for the period and has a $2.7M to $432K advantage in cash on hand.

CD10: U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Austin) raised $255K and has $1M on hand. Pritesh Gandhi narrowly out-raised his runoff challenger Mike Siegel, $143K to $136K, and Siegel has a $125K to $63K advantage in cash on hand.

CD13 open: In the Republican runoff, Josh Winegarner out-raised Ronny Jackson, $278K to $228K, and has a $159K to $129K advantage in cash on hand.

CD17 open: In the Republican runoff, former U.S. Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Dallas) out-raised Renee Swann, $176K to $129K, but she has a $131K to $93K advantage in cash on hand.

CD21: Democratic challenger Wendy Davis out-raised U.S. Rep. Chip Roy (R-Austin), $849K to $241K, and she has a $2M to $1.5M advantage in cash on hand.

CD22 open: In the Republican runoff, Kathaleen Wall gave her campaign nearly all of the $1.2M it raised during the period, dwarfling Troy Nehls’s $79K. She has a $65K to $24K advantage in cash on hand, but her ability to self-fund means her advantage could be in the millions. Wall has spent nearly $4.5M on her campaign so far.

CD23 open: In the Republican runoff, Tony Gonzales II out-raised Raul Reyes Jr., $321K to $51K, and has a $272K to $45K advantage in cash on hand. The winner will face Gina Ortiz Jones, who raised $607K and has $2.4M on hand.

CD24 open: Republican primary winner Beth Van Duyne raised $240K and has $242K on hand. In the Democratic runoff, Kim Olson out-raised Candace Valenzuela, $263K to $205K, and has a $202K to $140K advantage in cash on hand.

CD31: U.S. Rep. John Carter (R-Round Rock) raised $228K for the period and has $839K on hand. Democratic runoff candidate Christine Mann raised $35K and has less than $1K on hand. The report for Democratic runoff candidate Donna Imam was not yet available.

CD32: Republican challenger Genevieve Collins narrowly out-raised U.S. Rep. Colin Allred, $413K to $411K, but Allred has a $2.4M to $411K advantage in cash on hand.
